Returns Policy

CANCELLATIONS
You may cancel your order by telephone and must confirm it in writing so we receive it within 3 days. If your order has already been despatched when we receive your cancellation, you will need to obtain an RMA number and if we agree to issue a refund, we will deduct our costs and a restocking fee from your refund.

RETURNS
Because of the intimate nature of the products we sell, we cannot accept corset returns unless they are defective purely because of hygiene reasons. As such, all sales are final unless the product is defective. In the rare instance where a product is defective we will send you a replacement product at no cost to you other than the cost of postage.

In order to make a return, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. Please send an e-mail to Customer Care at returns@classycorsets.com. Include your order number and the reason you want to return the item (choose one of the following):

  • Damaged/Faulty
  • Incorrect item Delivered
  • Unhappy with item/s (please explain)
  • Other (please explain)

  • A Customer Care specialist will reply to your message and with a RMA Number (Return Merchandise Authorisation), if necessary, send you delivery instructions for returning the item.

    Please note: Classycorsets (classycorsets.com) does not accept returns without a RMA Number. Items which have been worn, used or opened and are not in their original packaging will not be accepted as returns for health and hygiene reasons. Please ensure your returns have a RMA Number prior to posting back to us or we cannot accept them as returns and will be unable to match them with your account.

    HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
    If you are returning an item because it is defective, or because of a mistake on our part, please contact us and we will provide you with a freepost returns address.

    Obtain a valid RMA number from our customer services department.

    Please enclose a note giving the reason for the return, wrap the package securely and send it to the returns address on your original invoice.
    Please note: Your right to return items to us in accordance with these terms and conditions is in addition to any other statutory rights you may have.
    Cannot Get To The Post Office?
    We can arrange to collect an item from you. The cost of collecting the item will be deducting from any refund due to you.

    Returns lost in transit
    We cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit as you are responsible for returning the item/s to us. Please obtain proof of posting from the Post Office and retain this until you have received your replacement or refund. You should return your item by Special Delivery or Recorded Post.

    Classycorsets.com will not be held responsible for any loss of earnings or sales due to any lack of supply of our products.

    This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
